I have a few suggestions to smooth out the language in the javadocs. I've also
added docs as a component on this ticket, as it will require an addition to the
user guide.
There's also one concept I'd like to better understand: "Only allowed on serial
gateway senders with 1 dispatcher thread or on parallel ones." Do I understand
correctly that you're adding a gfsh command, `alter gateway-sender`? And this
command can be applied to (any) parallel gateway senders or to a serial gateway
sender, (only) if it has only one dispatcher thread?
