Hi,
we are introducing new command `alter gateway-sender` which can be applied to
parallel or serial gateway sender with defined "id".
Checks on number of dispatcher threads and serial gateway sender, are specific
only for activation of "{color:#6a8759}group-transaction-events{color}"
parameter.
