Ted has a fix for it in HBASE-10691, but I think it is good to keep the hadoop1
compile around for some more time, since we are still backporting bug fixes etc
to 0.98 and 0.96. Maybe we can make it so that the pre-commit test will
continue, and just report that the compilation failed as an FYI.
