This is great! The result of improvement is terrific. Let me to take a look at
this patch. Does this JIRA depend on master colocating meta otherwise meta
recovery needs some bootstrap? Thanks.
Another idea on this topic is to let RS do all the assignments including meta
update and master only need to initiate assignment request & monitor
un-assignment regions without even keeping internal memory state.
