That's a good idea but we don't have command line support or monkey factory 
support for that. We can create three kinds of monkeys, "calm", 
"slowDeterministic", or "unbalance", with hardwired policies and actions. Could 
be a follow up issue to add some kind of JSON specification language? For now 
we need to do it in Java. Please let me know if I've missed something.
