License on MultiHC is oddly formatted. If you are making a new patch, fix it.
On the new pool, for sure we are not putting up an excess of threads in client?
This has been an issue in the past. There is just one pool going on? You've
taken a look at a running client [~virag]?
Otherwise, patch lgtm
