A few minor concerns. Can you please delete the test added as part of
HBASE-12098? We don't need two tests for verifying the same functionality.
Also, please update the calls to requireGlobalPermission(String request,
Action perm, String namespace) with the new function you are adding i.e.
requirePermission(String request, String namespace, Action... permissions) so
that we're the existing functionality remains unchanged?
