bq. Another issue I am running into while adding codec tests is this one
related HBASE-5881 because of which codecpool is not being used and the output
gets flooded with info messages like this.
Flooding the logger will perturb perf results. Consider programatically
changing the logger configuration for this tool to suppress INFO level logging
from CodecPool.
