I read the last few comments and discussed few things yesterday with Anoop. I
think it makes sense to make things work with CellChunkMap way atleast for the
offheap case. We can discuss on that and decide how we can make that decision.
'Adding seqId' - is also something that can be discussed and if we are aiming
at reducing the onheap overhead caused by a the new CellChunkMap based meta
data then better to add the seqId also to that byte[] or BB that we get from
the chunk.
