docker hardcodes CLASSPATH as
"/usr/src/buck/build/bootstrapper/bootstrapper.jar"
Workaround is to embed the output of "bin/hbase classpath" command in a file
(/tmp/clspath) which would be read by MiniCluster#create_vm()
