src/main/java/org/apache/hadoop/hbase/regionserver/Store.java:1016 find out
the set of files to be deleted in a read lock. If that set is non-empty, then
acquire the write lock and remove the to-be-deleted set of files (if they still
exist) from the storefiles set.
