bq. It's a bit nontrivial because some tests need to do it as part of their
function if I recall correctly, and you don't want to make the changes
universally in a resource shared among all tests.
These change in a static initializer and are never set back. As it is test will
get inconsistent log levels depending on wether or not they run after this test
in the same JVM. At least with a shared resource they'd have a consistent
environment.
