Apologies for the late reply [~zhangduo]. Yes it just adds root table (another
tier). There is no split meta support. Did you want to test split meta as well?
We could do that I'll just need some time to backport the changes that I've
done on master as well as add the changes needed for failover (eg scp), etc.
