Description: Since ShutdownHook is not registered at startup, when HMaster
is stopped through hbase-daemon.sh, HMaster cannot exit gracefully, the
threads and services in HMaster cannot be closed normally, and the master local
region also cannot be closed normally, which may lead to some inexplicable
problems. (was: When HMaster is stopped through hbase-daemon.sh, HMaster
cannot exit gracefully, many threads and services cannot be closed normally,
and the master local region also cannot be closed normally. Which may lead to
some inexplicable problems.)
