Description: There is a [GitHub
branch|https://github.com/apache/hbase/tree/HBASE-28957] that contains all of
the changes for https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HBASE-28957. Many of the
commits in this branch also added unit tests. As a result, some of the test
cases proposed in the [testing
document|https://docs.google.com/document/d/1yyZg0GIx_d-1_CbiFynYbeGdZd8yut0uWPO_zR8H_KQ/edit?tab=t.0#heading=h.gxps1d7vepi3]
may have already been written. It would be help to go through these commits
again and record what test cases have already been solved. (was: The GitHub
