Hi [~psomogyi],
To be completely honest I don't remember exactly why. Yes, I remember having
some issues with OS-level package dependencies on Jenkins machines. The end to
end tests of the website usually are flaky for me - sometimes they fail with a
timeout, sometimes they are successful so I usually just skip them for local
build.
I guess we can re-enable them in the the `refguide` build and see what is the
situation now.
