Nick, I suppose that there is no good solution with change
System.getSecurityManager() in case if multiple tests are run in parallel in
one JVM.
I propose solution with ExitUtil. This solution id good in case if multiple
tests are run in parallel in one JVM.
About TestTableMapReduceUtil. I hope that this is junit tests and here will
test only default configuration.
