I considered a little, but, as you suggested many possible ways, this
complex topic should be handled more carefully as a different issue. The first
step will be to support `-iter` in each of `BinaryOnlineClassifierUDTF` and
`RegressionBaseUDTF`.
If you are okay to treat them as a different issue, I am ready for review &
merge this PR.
