### What would you like to happen?
It could be useful to have a constant variable resolver plugin which would
simply resolve to the specified constant. If you need to specify the value
`12345` you could simply create a resolver called `const` which would then
allow the expression `#{const:12345}` and the result would be the second
argument at runtime.
