I am also wondering what this feature would add. I see a potential need for having a cluster of servers and being able to distribute executions over them. Though this day and age I would just use docker images and a Kubernetes cluster to do that and not set up a cluster of hop servers. The need to start sending rows over multiple instances... I don't see much added value for this. It won't be faster than executing on a single box, and if you really reach the volumes where things aren't fast enough for you then I would switch to one of the distributed engine types. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
