### What would you like to happen?
Please add the ability to set the local user for signing operations.
This is related to the resent work done on #8206. With regards to PGP
signing and encryption there are two important parameters:
-r, --recipient USER-ID encrypt for USER-ID
-u, --local-user USER-ID use USER-ID to sign or decrypt
In org.apache.hop.workflow.actions.pgpencryptfiles.GPG, addRecipient() is
used to add the "-r USER-ID" option but when signing and encrypting but there
is no option to choose the signing USER-ID.
