LGTM. Code reviewed and CI is green; we did not run it locally. Minor: `isDriverFailure` is now in both `VfsExplorerOperation` and `VfsFileListing`. `VfsExplorerOperation.describe` could call `VfsFileListing.isDriverFailure` so the two can't drift apart. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
