mattcasters opened a new pull request, #8854:
URL: https://github.com/apache/hop/pull/8854
Build 2337 of Hop-integration-tests failed in five places that recent
features exposed. Each failure is fixed at the cause.
The native Spark lake tests (`iceberg` and `lakehouse`) died with
`ClassNotFoundException:
org.apache.hop.lakehouse.transforms.LakeTableOutputMeta`. The Spark engine
loads those transform classes from `plugins/tech/lakehouse`, but that plugin
was only on the `full` assembly profile and was not in `optional-plugins.yaml`,
so the integration-test image never installed it. It is now a marketplace
plugin and is installed with the other optional plugins.
PostgreSQL Bulk Loader still cast an application-classloader `PgConnection`
to the database plugin's `PGConnection`. The Beam assembly exclude does not
apply to transitive jars, so Debezium kept putting `org.postgresql:postgresql`
in `lib/core`. The driver is now a direct dependency, excluded from `lib/core`,
and packaged under `plugins/engines/beam/lib`. The AGE plugin was copying the
same provided driver into `lib/core`; that copy is excluded because the driver
already ships in `lib/jdbc`.
The load-balancing pipeline reported that both Hop servers timed out after
3000ms, then used them a few seconds later. A status probe that only times out
is retried inside the retry window, and the integration-test run configurations
wait 15s for a cold server.
MongoDB Atlas insert failed SCRAM authentication because the node was
interrupted at shutdown. The service hostname was `mongo`, which is the other
MongoDB service on that network, the suite did not wait for Atlas, and the
health check was an unauthenticated ping that succeeds while Atlas is still
restarting. The hostname is `mongo-atlas`, the suite waits for `runner
healthcheck`, and the test container depends on that health check.
`samples.0001-run-samples` aborted on `get-graph-schema.hpl` because
`${MEMGRAPH_HOSTNAME}` was never set. Graph samples moved from `/neo4j/` to
`/graph-databases/`, and the samples runner only skipped the old folder. It now
skips `/graph-databases/` as well. Those pipelines are covered by the
graph-database integration tests.
