### What would you like to happen?
For the TableView widget I want to have the ability to see a filtered view
of the data.
This is particularly usesful when (pre-)viewing data sets and you want to
see only the rows from a certain country, type, table-name, etc.
When using the View toolbar icon you get the ability to create a new Table
view, and save this as well.
That "Table views" dialog needs to gain the ability to add a filter on a
column.
We have 4 buttons now to add or remove one or all columns to the columns in
view list.
We need to add 2 more between the "Available columns" list and the "Columns
in view" list: The "Move Up" and "Move down" buttons, replaced by arrow up and
down, enabled only when one or more entries are selected in the "Columns in
view" list.
The "Columns in view" List widget should only reach until 50% of the height
of the "Available columns" widget.
Then, below the "Columns in view" list, we should add a label: "Applied
filters:".
Below that we should add another List where we show the applied filters. It
should start (top) right below the label and the bottom should be the bottom of
the "Available columns" widget.
Between the "Available columns" List widget and the "Applied filters" List
widget we should add 2 more buttons to add or remove filters.
When a filter is added for a column we should present a unique sorted list
of the values of that colum. The users can then select the values they want to
filter on. Once that is done we show that filter as "Column-Name :
value1,value2,value3". Take the data type of the column values into account
when sorting. Make sure to allow selection of a null value ("<null>").
If we have more than 500 unique values in the values we should warn the user
before showing the filtered list.
When showing the view we should add an indication like a Filter icon to the
columns where a filter is applied to.
