Fixes #8964 Fixes 51 typos in 39 pages of the user and developer manuals, found with codespell and checked one by one in context. Some of them: "becuase", "passowrd", "choosen", "multilpe", "attmepts ... specfied", "Suppoorted", "Mimimum", "Cassandra Quqery Languague", "Queueu", "vlaue", "wihin", "manges" (4x in Dimension lookup), "ore" for "or", "yo yhe", "laucher", "continously", and `connnections.csv` in the Kettle import page (the importer writes `connections.csv`). Left as they are on purpose: - "espace" in String Operations: it is the value the code uses (`StringOperationsMeta`), so the docs have to match it. - "Add files to result filesname" in Load File Input and YAML Input: it repeats the dialog label, which is part of the UI typos issue. - "COMBIN" (a formula function), and names in an image path and in sample log output. - [x] Run `mvn clean install apache-rat:check` to make sure basic checks pass.
