Fixes #3012 The samples project already contains pipelines/pipeline-with-parameter.hpl, so no new sample is needed. This adds a "Running a pipeline with a parameter" section to the Hop Run page that runs it: - the hop-run command with `-p PRM_EXAMPLE=Hello` and the log it gives; - without `-p` the parameter gets its (empty) default value; - `ENV_VARIABLE` isn't set in the samples project, and can be set with `-s` or in an environment, with an example that also quotes a value with spaces; - on Windows the single quotes around the file name are left out, and a value with spaces goes between double quotes. ------------------------ Thank you for your contribution!
