Hmm... TestHTracedRESTReceiver always fails for me even if I build right after
{{git clone}}, with blank {{~/.m2}}, on both of CentOS 6, CentOS 7 and OpenJDK
7/Oracle JDK 7. I think someone shoule have seen this too.
