@FranMorilloAWS: This issue is too light on details. Could you please try to find what happens when the data is missing? Is it a missing checkpoint? Is it a missing commit? Is there a concurrent commit which causes the issue? Is the issue happens at job restart? Have you tried to upgrade the Iceberg version?
