If you see no `Start to flush snapshot state to state backend, table: {},
checkpointId: {}` in the logs, then I am pretty sure that the issue is with the
checkpointing. Somehow Flink does not schedule the checkpoint, and probably
issue has nothing to do with Iceberg.
