I also merged in some place for identical columns
- v1, v2 -> v1/v2
- v1,v2,v3 -> v1/v2/v3
I don't recommend `v2+` or `v1+` because ongoing spec say v4 also comes
under this when we use +, which may not have finalized the fields for this
table.
