Could we make this encoding unambiguous for arbitrary struct field names?
Without escaping, two fields `a:int` and `b:int`, and one field named `a:int,b`
of type `int`, both produce `struct<a:int,b:int>`. Field names should be
escaped or length-prefixed, or the ID should use a structural encoding.
