Description: Let's support restoring of incremental snapshot on a different
topology. (was: Currently, restoring incremental snapshots on a topology that
differs from the one on which the snapshot was created is not supported. This
results in either a partial restore or a failure with an error.
Let's support the restore of incremental snapshots in different topologies.)
