*Motivation*
It would be useful to have a log reports of OS and JVM state, background
activity and maybe something else. Meanwhile such things as partition and raft
metrics will only flood the log, but this is not a reason to turn them off. Log
exporter should be able to control the set of metric sources that it reports.
*Definition of done*
The configuration of metric log exporter is extended with optional white list
of enabled metric sources.
