Description:
h3. Motivation
In https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/IGNITE-22177 and
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/IGNITE-25979 we have implemented new
feature that allows to reset partition with storage clean up.
We need to provide a way to user to use this method.
In this ticket we should cover CLI API functionality for both colocation and
table oriented partitions.
h3. Definition of Done
* Corresponding CLI endpoints are created.
