Description:
Currently there are 4 todos and 1 disabled test.
# // TODO: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/IGNITE-19170 Should be
refactored to ZonePartitionId. I guess even after !colocation code removal we
will still use TablePartitionId, thus after corresponding check we may simply
remove given todo.
# Three other todos make sense.
# Disables test should be revised.
[~sk0x50] Feel free to split given ticket into several ones.
