Currently I see a lot of changes, that's not what I expected to see.
Idea is just to stop all nodes at GridAbstractTest'safterTestsStopped and check 
topology is empty before processing test's constructor.
This change should contain only several lines, but in case you'll find some 
issues please let me know and we will discuss them.
