To overcome this difficulties, now GetActiveLocalTransactions return read only
disposable collection. Now user can simply wrap call of this method in
"using", do whatever he/she wants and don't care about disposing bunch of
transactions.

To overcome this difficulties, I can implement sealed internal disposable list
of transactions and return it instead of ordinary list.
