My test failed:
# start a new cache in runtime
# toggle statistics ON
# but actually, there are no statistics are collected
please investigate.
Also please make the only possible options -enable and -disable
Because of this, I was able to set any string as the second option to OFF
statistics
cache -statistics -qwerty -c=cache1
