Here is what changed under this issue:
1) Because the Transaction page has grown quite a lot, I moved three sections
from it to a sub-page:

2) Added a sub-page dedicated to MVCC:
[https://apacheignite.readme.io/v2.6/docs/multiversion-concurrency-control]
3) Added the description of the new atomicity mode to the Transaction page
(changed the text where needed throughout the page):

4) Added a page called "SQL transactions" to the SQL section of the
documentation. This page contains SQL-related information about using MVCC.:

5) Added a page to the "SQL Reference" section that describes transaction

Please review points 2), 4), 5) and take a look at 3) (at least the "atomicity
mode" section).
