IIRC, the [WM] thing is there for reading the colors of the decorations of 
windows that are managed by OOo itself, not a by a window manager, like 
floating toolbars - see 'Symbol Shapes' in Draw.

Isn't there an entry in qColorGroup that represents 'windowForeground' and 
'windowBackground'?  We should use it if yes :-)  Could you have a look, 
please?
