------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Thu Sep 14 13:24:40 -0700 2006 ------- After discussion by email: 1) It seems that the colors of the user interface (title bar, etc) are in [WM], while the colors of the document itself are in [General]. Did a new, shorter patch that picks up only the ink and the background of the document in [General]. All the others are taken from [WM]. 2) kendy told me that kapp->palette().active() was assigned to qColorGroup - and that one reflected the KDE settings from the Control Center.
