Cassandra Targett commented on SOLR-12786:
------------------------------------------

I've got a pull request up that gets everything except Jekyll up to the latest
available versions. The only real issues were fixing ~10 or so inter-page links.

One thing I didn't mention is that I replaced the syntax highlighter
pygments.rb, which was a separate gem, with Rouge which is preferred by both
Jekyll and Asciidoctor projects and is installed by Jekyll by default. The
gradle work we've been doing is already making this change, so I thought it
would be beneficial to reduce the dependencies here too.

If anyone has any feedback here, it's welcome - otherwise, I'll commit in a day
or two to master, and backport to branch_8x and branch_8_3.

> Currently the refguide build requires asciidoctor 1.5.6.2.
> People using {{gem install jekyll-asciidoc}} will end up with version 1.5.7,
> causing different header ID syntax and the build will break.
> Long term we should move to latest asciidoctor.
> It is already documented in README how to install the older 1.5.6.2 version.
