The ..join.TermsQuery also extends MultiTermQuery which seems to just create a 
big disjunction query. This will bog down fairly quickly as the number of terms 
increases. 

The join is this patch was tested with 400,000 join terms between indexes and 
provided sub-second response times. A 400,000 MultiTermQuery is not going to 
perform well and is going to take a lot of time and memory to construct.
