When a schema is shared, it should not have access to the classes of a specific
core. The core may come and go but the shared schema may continue tolive . So
how do we implement that?
If a schema is shared, create a new {{SolrResourceLoader}} specifically for
that schema object. The classpath should be the same as the classpath for the
SRL in {{CoreContainer}}. As and when we implement loading schema plugins from
packages, they too should be accessible. The SRL created for this schema should
be able to load resources from ZK in the path {{/configs/<configset-name>}}.
This SRL should be discarded when the schema no destroyed
