Thanks. This is getting close. Found three bugs
* The raw field does not work. Anything you enter is discarded
* Try typing '/query' in the qt field and execute. Then reload browser, and it
goes back to '/select', i.e. is not persisted in URL
* The 'indent off' checkbox is not persisted
