Description: In BKDReader$IndexTree, `negativeDeltas` seems useless. it
will be only be used in `BKDReader.readNodeData()`, we use
`negativeDeltas[level * numIndexDims + splitDim]` to check whether the current
nod is left or right, but it can be replaced by `isLeft`. (was: In
