I think it'll be good to announce after the repo has a permanent location. I
can handle doing the website and ANNOUNCE emails.
It shouldn't take long anyways. I'm ready to move once we have the solr site up
and running, that I can host the helm charts at.
I think it should be listed as a subproject, but I'm not exactly sure what that
entails. Actually I do think we will need a separate sub-project, since we will
need a separate DOAP file, right?
