I was chatting with a few zookeeper folks and they made it sound like netty 
would be the preferred connection approach going forward. I don’t know about 
the performance of our http cluster state provider, so would like to have the 
ZK netty option still available.

Can we add a new module that is just the right  transitive dependencies for 
ZK-netty? Doesn’t need to be a package.
