on the solr user list about this topic, which suggests to me that a naive
find-and-replace in our code will not be sufficient. I think we need to pay
attention to the replacement configurations because those are most likely to be
copied by users when trying to get their own code to work.
Possibly need to update docs? But I suppose we don't want the old WDF in our
docs at all at this point.
