I just added "requires static jdk.management;" to lucene-core's module
descriptor. Then both warnings for "jdk.management" and "java.management" have
gone on IntelliJ IDEA. There perhaps could be somewhat transient dependencies?
Anyway, I'll open an issue - may be a subtask of LUCENE-10255 ? Please check it
when you have time - I think you are on a big holiday, and I, myself, am not in
a hurry.
